Standard shipping is 1-2 days with DPD Local. The Cut-off time for next day delivery is 12pm. Orders after this time will be shipped out the next working day.

- Receive your Racket (Bumper Tape and Overgrip applied)
- Play and Test your Racket (Very Carefully)
- If you like it, keep the racket and e-mail us for the £20 demo fee refund (Within 2 weeks of your order date)
- If you wish to return, insure the racket is unmarked, undamaged and is in the same condition as you received it.
- Send it back to us, including your original packing slip. (We recommend a Tracked Service)
- Racket must be received within 14 days of the order date.
- Once received and condition checked, we will refund the full amount minus the Demo Fee and String Upgrade Fees
