Our story
Primal Health Tennis Academy was started in 2011 by brothers Ben and Josh Stokes, who wanted to build a tennis coaching business that would inspire people to pick up a racket, get outside, play and be healthy.
That's still the point of everything we do. The shop grew out of the coaching — we set it up so the players we work with could get properly fitted gear, honest advice and quick turnaround on services, all locally, without having to guess online.

Our venue at Firs Farm Wetlands in Winchmore Hill gives you the feel of a club without the yearly membership fee.
