We are very proud of what we have achieved so far and the values our business and brand stands for. We aim to be open and honest with all our clients, partners and players. We want our players to feel a part of something bigger than just them, something that has ambitions and drive to try new things and always strive to do better.
Primal Health Tennis Academy was started in 2011 by brothers, Ben and Josh Stokes, who wanted to build a tennis coaching business that would inspire people to pick up a racket and get outside, play and be healthy. We still carry that same aim around with us daily, striving for excellence in all that we do both on court with players and off court in the organisation and structure of the company. We all love seeing people outside, in the fresh air, learning and enjoying themselves whilst playing such a challenging and rewarding sport. This ideal is at the heart of all of our sessions and is fundamental to our coaching practices.

Our brand new Tennis Venue in the beautiful surroundings of the Firs Farm Wetlands in Winchmore Hill. With top of the range LED floodlights, four hard courts, an electronic gate entry system and free courts every week-day - Firs Farm is THE place to play tennis Enfield.
We aim to give all players the experience, facilities and opportunities of club membership - without the expense or commitment of paying yearly membership fees.
