Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is 1-2 days with DPD Local. The Cut-off time for next day delivery is 12pm. Orders after this time will be shipped out the next working day.
Free Shipping is automatically applied once an order is more than £100
Please note: if you have selected a custom restring shipping will be delayed between 24-48hrs.
Demo Service
- Select Demo Racket
- Choose a String Upgrade
- Receive your Racket (Bumper Tape and Overgrip applied)
- Play and Test your Racket (Very Carefully)
- If you like it, keep the racket and e-mail us for the £20 demo fee refund (Within 2 weeks of your order date)
- If you wish to return, insure the racket is unmarked, undamaged and is in the same condition as you received it.
- Send it back to us, including your original packing slip. (We recommend a Tracked Service)
- Racket must be received within 14 days of the order date.
- Once received and condition checked, we will refund the full amount minus the Demo Fee and String Upgrade Fees
