We are stoked to introduce you to the Xpand Flow Rope! This is not your standard skipping rope. The Xpand weighted flow rope (480 Grams / 1.05 Pounds) triples as a flow rope, skipping rope and zonal target, making it the perfect training/coaching accessory for players of all levels and abilities!

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping is 1-2 days with DPD Local. The Cut-off time for next day delivery is 12pm. Orders after this time will be shipped out the next working day.

Royal Mail Shipping

Royal Mail Shipping is 3-4 days. Any orders received will be packaged and shipped the next working day.

International Shipping

International shipping is 3-17 business days with FedEx. Any orders received will be packaged and shipped out Monday - Friday. We are not liable for any customs charge.
